A few surnames
I think Sechriest might be German, I know my Tredent relatives were from Italy (meaning the surname was altered. Possibly from Tredente or Tredenti) and Lo Galbo is definitely Italian. Does someone know what they mean?

German surmane SECHRIEST
I think, it's a variant of SECHRIST:

The German word "Sigrist" is not in use any more (except in Switzerland). The name SECHRIST is *very* rara in Germany, as SECHRIEST it is almost nonexistant (5 or 6 hits at Google on German sites). I have never heard of either.

By the way, the German vocabulary word "Sigrist" is from Latin "sacer" (holy). So it's the "keeper of the Sanctuary".
