Just looking for some background info on the two last names "Homonyik" and "Váli". They are both Hungarian as far as I know. Anything you can find would be helpful. History, meaning, origins.. Thank you.

Váli probably denotes someone from Vál, a small town near Budapest, though there may be other places of that name.
Homonyik looks like it might be Slavic in origin, say Czech or Slovak, with the spelling magyarised. No idea what it means.
