What's the meaning of my last name, Panaritis?

I've always been curious, but I could never find it on the Internet, and I don't speak Greek so I have no idea what Panaritis could mean.

The name Panaritis comes from the Greek "Pan" meaning "ever" or "always" and "Areti" meaning "virtue". The name means something like "ever-virtuous".
