The original spelling of this surname is DI NEZIO, then
in America it became Dinezio.
It is an italian surname coming from Abruzzo region: probably from the village of ORSOGNA near the city of CHIETI.
This surname is now extremely rare in Abruzzo.
From Abruzzo has come the families of very important people like Perry Como, Miguel Fangio, Rocky Marciano,Dean Martin.
