Iggulden???
I'm afraid I can't supply much information about it; lost my bloody family tree from fourth grade. It is most likely German, Scandinavian, Scottish, Irish, or English - my mom's known ethnicities.

It's all explained at this site, by Wayne Iggulden, who's done extraordinary research on it - being the most mispelled name in history! A shield of arms is also included.Enjoy:http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~iggs~Kinkazzo

This line of your ancestry is English. The name comes from the place name Ingleden, which is in Kent. Den I take to mean "valley", ingle has several possible meanings.

Ingle seems to be a personal name as an example : INGELTON Durham is proably "farmstead of man called Ingel" pers name + OE Tun and INGLESHAM wiltshire is "enclosure or river-meadow of a man called Ingen or Ingin". so following alon the same lines Ingleden could be "valley of man called Ingel".
