Re: Rangeloff

a variant of ...Rengel
Swiss German: from a pet form of a Germanic personal name formed with rang ‘curved’, ‘bending’; ‘slender’.
Spanish: habitational name from a place called Rengel in Málaga province
The -off is a diminutive likely meaning "son of"

This name is certainly Bulgarian, though perhaps found elsewhere. The usual spelling in English would be Rangelov. Rangel appears to be a male forename, and a corrupt form of Archangel. Angelov, from Angel, is also a Bulgarian surname.
