If you are posting a question about the origin of a surname please include as much information as possible. Most important is the ethnic background.

Hateful, malicious or harassing messages and spam are not allowed. Keep debate civil.
Post messages under only one user account. If you do not use an account, post under only one name. Note that site administrators are able to identify messages that are posted from the same source.
