Spanish Prime Ministers

This list is comprised of Spanish Prime Ministers. It includes those from the time of the 1868 Glorious Revolution when Queen Isabella II was overthrown. Since then Spain has been a republic, a constitutional monarchy, a republic again, a dictatorship, and (currently) a constitutional monarchy again. The name of the office in Spanish is Presidente del Gobierno, which is usually translated as Prime Minister since it is the head of government.
