Angharad (I know it's impractical, but I do adore it), Myfanwy (ditto), Glynis, Bronwen, Morwenna*, Demelza*, Carys, Betrys, Eirlys, Sian;Rhys, Morgan, Ivor ("EE-vor"), Gareth, Emrys.
* I've seen Morwenna and Demelza listed alternately as Welsh and Cornish. Caveat Emptor. I might as well add here that I love Eseld and Margaid, which I believe are Manx.

I only have two, both girl names. I have forever loved the name Myfanwy. I also like Gwendolen, and I know this doesn't count, but I love the name Eilonwy (http://www.sca.org/heraldry/laurel/names/eilonwy.html).

For girls, I love (and would totally use) Gwendolen and Winifred. I also like (and might use) Gladys, Morwenna, Nesta and Nia. For guys, I like (but probably wouldn't use) Padrig, Ilar, Iago and Gawain. I also think Ercwlff might be the most awesome name I've ever heard, even if I'm not positive I'm saying it right.

For girls I love Nia, Bethan, Rhiannon, Rhianna (It's not Welsh but ultimately derived from Rhiannon and Rhian) and have recently discovered Seren. For boys: Bryn and Owen.Edited to add note about Rhianna.

I've always really loved Bronwen, but it sounds terrible with my last name.
I also like Carys, and Seren (which I had never heard of until I read this post.)
