[Opinions] Re: British names
I love British names and highly recommend the book 'Beyond Charles & Diana: An Anglophile's Guide to Baby Naming' by bLinda Rosenkrantz and Pamela Redmond Satran! I just recently bought this book and it tells all the quintessential British names, royal names and all kinds of other things. It points out that a lot of the names we think of as "British" came from other countries as Britain's culture merged or expanded with other nationalities (Vikings, Norman Conquest, Hanover kings, etc.) . A lot of my favorites could be considered British so I'll just give you a few that I like.Girls:

Perdita is one of those names that I'd love to use, but I know I'll never get the green light.

That's too bad, it's a really sweet. I love Shakespeare's Winter's Tale and Perdita has really been growing on me lately. :)
