I’m not saying this to be unkind; this is just my honest impression of these names:
Lula — seems incomplete to me. It would be good as a nickname for a longer name (Tallulah?) but seems incomplete on its own.
Reign — this seems both pretentious and low class to me. It’s a term for a state of rule, but just given as a name? Its like naming a kid “Sir” or “King.” Trying way too hard. It’s like the equivalent of knock-off Gucci shoes to me.
Rain or even Rayne have the same sound but would be much less pretentious.
