I like Catriona a lot. Esther ... better than Hester, and I've known a very nice one, but I'd never use it. Michael is a splendid name but it was too popular for its own good and so would be mn only for me.
As a set, Esther seems to be the odd sib out: Michael goes with anything, and would be fine with Esther as a biblical theme, but Catriona isn't biblical so scratch Esther as being more biblical than Michael. Instead of Esther ... Helen?
