Well, I think, this depends a lot on where you live.
Right now I live in Germany.
I would expect a man with most of these names and would be surprised, if it was a woman.
Exceptions:
Gabriele (used to be quite popular for girls a while back)
Simone (common for girls)
Nicola (common for girls)
And Andrea - it used to be quite popular for girls in the 80s, still there are many italian, male Andreas in Germany. So I wouldn't be very surprised to meet a man.
