Kent. Kurt seems incomplete. It will be thought of as a nickname for Kurtis or Curtis, which also brings up the K vs. C and Kent does not have that problem. No one is going to assume it’s spelled cent.

I don't like dictionary words, whatever the spelling: Kurt is Curt! And I'm not impressed by either an English county or a superhero who can't put on his own underwear properly. So, neither, thank you.
