GERMAN = Gutkase American-ized to Goodcase (because to English ears Gutkase sounds like Goodcase). It means 'good cheese'. HINT: If you attempt to use a euphamism like "a goodcase of beer", don't use it at a pizza place, you might find your order under "beer". True story, happened to me.
