Chlebda
Does anyone know the meaning of the Polish surname Chlebda? I've always assumed it had to do with the Polish word for bread ("chleb"), but I've never been exactly sure what the whole thing means. Thanks very much for your help!„Die Grenzen meiner Sprache sind die Grenzen meiner Welt.“

According to Hoffman's Polish Surnames: Origins and Meanings, Chlebda is derived from chleb as you suspect. It would simply be the nickame of a baker, like Chlebek, for instance.
