Does anyone know what the last name Skopec mean?
It's definitely slavic (the right pronounciation is 'skopets') and, as far as I know, it most typically comes from Slovenia. I've heard the word 'skopec' got some meaning in slovenian, but I'm not sure of what it is. Do you have any information about it?
