Subject: Russian Male Surname

I have a female character in a story who is of Russian descent and ethnicity. Her surname is Nikonechnaia. I was wondering what the male equivalent of her that would be.

Nikonechnii, Nikonechnoi, and Nikonechnyi are all the same root/base with masculine endings, but I'm not sure which, if any, of them are correct. To me, Nikonechnii looks the most accurate and the most, well, Russian.

An if we live, we live to tread on kings;
If die, brave death, when princes die with us!
