I am also looking for a link for the Silkwood family in England. During my search I did find something regarding Margaret Silkwood stating on May 13, 1725 she was indicted for receiving several pairs of boots and shoes, the property of Matthew Pattinson, they knowing them stolen:acquitted. Another entry stated she was to be transported. This was found on Old Bailey online.
