Fermani comes probably from the MARCHE region, the area of ANCONA.
This surnames cpmes from the name of the town of Fermo like another surname "Fermi".

Boini has an uncertain regional origin, perhaps near the city of PARMA, in Northern Italy. The origin is mysterious: perhaps
from an old german first name which the italian variant is "Alboino".
See the french variant "Boin".
