Just wanted to correct myself. This letter and sound is only used in the Czech language, unique to it.

The correct pronunciation is (DVOR-zhahk). This is one of my family names. The háček over the r creates a fricative trill that makes an r sound with a zh-sh combination sound. Very unique to Czech and Slovák languages. Can be quite difficult to pronouce at the begining of a word.
