[Opinions] Re: Sullivan & Sutton

They're definitely masculine. And while I like Sullivan for a boy, I can't get past the inevitable nn Sully...not the most pleasant word!
Sutton is a good word and place name. I like the look of it, and I like the way it sounds -- as a place name. However, it's awkward and far too consonanty for a person. In my accent I don't even pronounce the "o", and it just sounds ugly as a person name.
I know several girls adopted from China, and the best names I've heard are Willow, Jade, and Jasmine. They kept their Chinese names as middle names.
I also like the name May for a Chinese girl, because it means "beautiful" in Mandarin. (The pinyin romanization is mei, and the character is ).

Edited to include the character for mei.
