Am I pronouncing this name right? I pronounce Micajah, mi-kai-ah.

I would assume that Micajah is pronounced the same way as Micaiah. Usually 'variant' just means the spelling is different, not the pronunciation.

I agree with Claire but on first site I would think it was prounced mih-KAI-ah
