I love your names, they are beautiful. Isobel is exactly how i like it spelt and Isla is gorgeous. i am not sure how well thy go together though. I have a friend named Isla and her mn is Marie if that helps. I think all your other choices work well. they are lovely (although McKenna is nmsaa).
