A good rule of thumb is to disregard all the name meanings given on sites or in books with 'Baby' in the title.
Kairos is unsuitable as a name, and especially as a girl name. But, if you like the sound of it, may I suggest Carys or Charis. Neither would embarrass your daughter in later life.
