I'm not familiar with it, but I think it's gorgeous. It could easily become a favorite. :)

It's pretty. Sounds like Rosaura, or a combo between Isadora and Aurora, Isis and Aurora etc.

It's very pretty but one of those names that should be left in the past or in a novel

The only negatives I can think of are - some people might tend to pronounce it "eye-sore-a," and similarity of sound to the phrase "he saw a.." But I don't think those things should stop anyone from using it.
