[Opinions] Re: Emile vs. Emilio
First of all, my comment will be that I don't think one has to choose a name based on how "good" it would sound on a Caucasian child (this applies to any ethnicity, etc.) I don't care for Emile or Emilio, but I would prefer Emilio, just for the sound of it (Emile looks and sounds incomplete). I would not think Emile is a creative form of Emily - that's just taking the whole "creatively spelling the name Emily" too far.
