A "hansom cab" was a type of two-wheeled carriage invented in the 1830s in England. It would be a very strange thing to name a daughter after, but then, anything is possible! (I recently found a woman who had not only been named Shepherdess by her parents (in the late 1700s), but then went on to name her own daughter Shepherdess!).

Hanleven I can't find anywhere. In fact, there's not one single hit on Google, which is very rare! Are you sure that's the correct spelling? Old documents can be hard to read sometimes. If that is the correct spelling, it may well simply be made up.
