This was once played on another board; I provide two names, and the person who replies thinks of an unusual nickname for each name. Then they post two more names, and the person who replies thinks of two nicknames for those, etc. etc. The more unusual the nicknames the better, but they should be somehow related to the name, for example:

Lara "Raider" (because of Lara Croft in Tomb Raider)
Julian "Lee" (because of the middle syllable, and it's less common that "Jules" as a NN for this name)
