I prefer Nadia, especially as a nickname for Nadezhda. I've never really liked the sound of Danica.

Nadia (I like it, but favor Nadine over it a bit). It'll suit any age.
Danica reminds me of the word danish (or Danish), and I find it very harsh sounding.

Danica, definitely, though I prefer the spelling Danika. I just prefer its sound, and it's more interesting than Nadia :-)
