From your list I like Beth.I also like the nicknames Ella, Ellie, Lily, & Lily-Beth. (By the way, I personally love the name---it's one of my my faves but I prefer the spelling Elisabeth).

I like Elizabeth, but I do not think nicknames should be planned, but should be left up to the child. I prefer Eliza and Beth as formal names. I guess Liz could work.
