Maeve - I have always been ignorant about how to pronounce this name so I always think of it as Morv (i.e. Mauve as in the colour)

Maylea I would presume is pronounced may-lee ... or may-lee-ah ... or May-lay-ah if it's spelt Mayléa :)

Mae + v

Maeve rhymes with wave, cave, save, nave.

Think of "Mae" plus a "v" sound. Maeve. See?

Yes! I know how it is pronounced :)

I meant I never used to know, and now I can't see Maeve pronounced any other way because I'm just not used to it
