I don't know anyone with the name Mckenna, but I see it all of the time in local birth announcements and on this message board. I think the nickname(s) should be left up to the child, so if she wanted to be called Kenna, then so be it. It's what she'd be called - you should have no say it that, since you chose the formal name.

I don't care for the name. It's not at all feminine, it's too surname-y, and I think it's ultra trendy.
