My sister is going to the Twins convention in Twinsburg, Ohio, (taking Alaura and Brenna) in August so she's been looking at past years' pictures. She said there were lots of bad twinny names, but the worst? Identical twin girls:

DeeAnn and AnnDee

What the heck was wrong with Deanne and Andy/Andie? Some people. Poor kids.
