I really, really like Delia, but I pronunce it DEEL-yah--like in Beetlejuice.
I also really like Dahlia, which I pronunce DAHL-yah.
Being a Midwesterner, the "ee" sound turns into the Y in the "yah"--I'm lazy with my vowels.
