No . . .There are literally tens of thousands of names around the world that are not in the database.

Very true...I read somewhere back that there were probably in excess of 30,000 personal names in the world, not counting the purely-fabricated and the myriad spelling variants of "Caitlin". At 13,400 names here on Mike's database, there's still a lot of room for [legitimate] additions.
