I did some digging for Lithuanian pronunciations. The real text for the name is Aušra and is pronounced oush-rah (ou like in house, R is rolled). The š is sometimes transliterated as sz. I'm not sure where the stress lies though as I do not speak Lithuanian. I hope that helps.
