a) I don't like it for either, but for a girl makes me want to react with profanity and hair pulling. For the bazillionth time, it has SON in it. Son, not daughter.b) Well, the literate one, I'd say. Not that I'd use it at all, again, but if I had to pick, Jamison. c)
