Izabella has always been tossed around, but I'm torn about the more simple

Isabelle / Izabel. Thoughts?
Isabelle used to be my prefered spelling, but lately I've been thinking that if we go with that we might as well go with
Isabella since it has the same number of letters and so
Isabel / Izabel have become options...
My favourite combination is
Isabella Georgina Fife. I'm not too keen on having to long names both with "ah" endings back to back, but
Georgina is a family name.
