[Facts] Oetsina
Does anyone know the etymology of Oetsina? I assume it's feminine and Dutch, maybe specifically Frisian (as that's my family heritage). Also, how would you pronounce it? I was thinking "oat-ZEE-na". I cannot find anything online, so any help is much appreciated.
