I pronounce it LAWR-e-lee.
I've never seen it prononced that way before, besides from you. :)

Spelling? I don't know of any alternate spellings, but I do like it spelled Lorelei just fine.

LOL, I meant to put which pronounciation do you prefer, just re-read my post and realised I out spelling instead! Duh!
