Only if you're Italian (like less than 4th generation) and have an Italian last name. It would be strange otherwise. I think it's alright, but it reminds me too much of Luca Brasi.

Agreed. I'm not Italian, and I really want to avoid giving my (hypothetical) child a name that people connect with Italy right away.
