I LOVE Beatrice! Sophia Beatrice is beautiful. Why couldn't you use it?
I also like Celia Persephone.
The only weird thing about the sibset is that Celia Persephone is so much more unusual that Sophia Beatrice. Celia is much less used than Sophia, and Persephone is not as known as Beatrice. Perhaps Sophia Beatrix? Or another mythological name as a middle name? But no, I don't really think it would be weird.
