Cassandra is so beautiful and besides Cassie (which I think is cute), there's also Casey and Cassia (one it's own this is CASH-uh but here you could pronounce is CASS-ee-uh). Farther than that I would just take the name itself bit by bit and make up any number of conceivable nicknames such as:
Andra and from that you could get Andy, Andie, Anda, Andi, Andee, Andree, Andrea. Also Asa, Assa, Sandra, Dray, Dra, Sander, Annie, Ana, San, Cass, Sassie, Sassy, Ray, Rae, Say, Cay, Caye, Kay, Kaye. Also Callie could be a possible nickname even though there aren't an Ls in the name but it's rather close all the same.

Edit to add: Also Candy, Candra, and from Cay/Kay you can get Kaya, and Caia, and Kaia. I'd love to know what you think of all of these, if there's any you like here.
