I have been searching and searching for the proper pronunciation of my name and i cant get an awnser.I dont know if its pronounced NEE-KO-LEYE, NEEK-O-LYE, or NEEK-O-LAJ.I also dont know what nationality it is.I have been told that it is either RUSSIAN,SLOVENE,DANISH,SERBIAN,UKRAINIAN,GERMAN,SWEDISH, you name it i've heard it. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME FIND A AWNSER FOR BOTH OF MY QUESTIONS

Try the name facts board, they are usually more helpful. BtN says Danish, Slovene, nd this site is acurate so I would go with those. How do you pronounce your name? I would say Neek-o-lye because it reminds me of Sonja and Katja with the j.
