Explanantions:
Marnix - honours my mother, because it would have been my name if I were a boy
Constantine - honours my brother Stijn (Constantijn)
Marino - honours my grandfather Marijnus and my dad (MN: Marinus)
Santiago - I love the name and my fatehr is planning to ride to Santiago the Compostela on his bicylcle (from the Netharlands), it sort of a pilgrimage, and when I have children, he has probably done this already, so it would also honour his achievement.
Catharina - a family name from both sides, my grandmother (that died well before I was born) was named Catharina, it's also my own MN which I got to honour my Godmother
Winter - I just like it, I like the serenity of the word
Sabela - I just like the sound
Elodie - honour my mother (Elly / Pertonella), we both like this name and the honouring part is El- (She's also called El sometimes).
