Blanca is just a color. It's so literal. It's a word.
Blanche has a very harsh sound and it is a verb.
Bianca has the most pleasant sound and none of the shortcomings of the other names.

Bianca means white in Italian
Bianca means "white" in Italian (and so does Blanche in French), so according to your criteria it's also "literal" and a word.
