What do you think of the name Hudson? It has recently grown on me .

It's a river and a surname, but it's not a nice sound, imo.

I love the name Hudson, it was one of my first fave's for a boy when I was younger and I
forgot about it until a few years ago, and I've loved it ever since.

It's very surname-y but I do kind of like it. As long as it didn't get shortened to "Hud".

Unfortunately I visualise an overweight, callous young man for some reason. So I don't really like it as first name. Although as a surname it's fine.

I dislike it because it is the name of a town near where I live.

I like the name Hudson, only I know a couple who named their twin boys Hudson and Riley and they call Hudson "Hud" for short, which I do not like. Before you name your child be sure to think of the nick names he/she may be called. :)

I don't like surname-based first names for boys or girls.

I like it and then again I dont. I like the sound of it but at the same time its trendy. Over all though I like it.
