I guess it just depends on the language. In Italian, I suppose it could be a pet form of Anna and thus sound a bit childish, not at all formal. In Hebrew, it's a name unto itself and -ina isn't a diminuitive.
Though, I could picture a Judge Anina before I could picture a Judge Kayleigh.
But again, maybe it's just me. :)
