I agree with giving twins names that make them individuals. But I also think that a hidden theme can be cute. I know people who have done that with their sibsets and not just for twins. It helped them narrow down the names that they liked.

The Dreaded Anagram Twins

I hate anagram names for twins. It kills me. I know I'm robably alone on this, but geesh...

Would that be something along the lines of Amy and May, for instance? at least I agree it's pretty bad, any obvious theme is. I was rather think of subtler harmony between the 2 names.
